We appreciate your understanding of our policies. These policies allow us to continue to provide this much needed service to the community.

Please understand by scheduling with us you are agreeing to our cancellation/no show/late policies.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation will require a $50 non refundable fee. This fee is also required in order to book future appointments.

Cancellations or rescheduling greater than 24 hours has no penalty.

If a client doesn’t give a courtesy notice that they are not going to make it to their appointment, they will be charged a $50 no show fee by either forfeit of deposit or a charge to the card on file AND we will place the client at the bottom of our waiting list.

If a client no shows 3 times, you will no longer be able to receive services at Smoothe Electrolysis.

Late Policy

If you are late but still have time left in your appointment you will be charged your full appointment fee. If we have time after your session and complete the full session we will always try our best to accommodate, we understand things happen out of our control.

If you are late and it is past your appointment we can check to see if there is availability to still see you otherwise you will be charged the cancellation/no show fee of $50.

Text is preferred (as we are often in treatments), call or e-mail is also acceptable.
