For eligible Kaiser Permanente patients we are pleased to announce we are on contract with KP and can bill them directly with no out of pocket expenses up front to you.

For all other insurances:

We will provide you with a monthly superbill. All treatments will be listed and charged in units as required by the insurance companies. One unit is equivalent to 30 minutes. Client is required to pay for treatment at time of visit and submit super bill to insurance for reimbursement. Coverage amounts will be determined by your insurance carrier, please make sure you check with your insurance regarding your coverage prior to treatment, we are not responsible for any treatment not authorized or approved by the insurance carrier.
