Smoothe Electrolysis LLC is the Bay Area’s leading pre-surgical transgender electrolysis clinic, providing compassionate and medically informed care. Our practice is contracted with Kaiser Permanente and Valley Health Plan (VHP), and we proudly serve patients referred for gender-affirming procedures, as well as clients seeking cosmetic and medical electrolysis. We are also the only medical electrolysis practice in the Bay Area that treats conditions such as pilonidal cysts and hidradenitis suppurativa related to hair growth. We’re expanding and looking for skilled, motivated licensed electrologists to join our Walnut Creek team. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality electrolysis treatments following California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology standards Provide inclusive, professional care to all clients, including those receiving gender-affirming treatment through Kaiser Permanente and VHP Operate Clareblend Elegance Plus and Apilus XCell Pur machines across all modalities. Maintain treatment records and ensure proper sterilization and safety protocols. Participate in continuing education and ongoing training provided by the clinic

Qualifications: Current California Electrologist License (required) Strong attention to detail and sanitation standards Compassionate, professional communication skills Willingness to learn and master multiple electrolysis technologies dedication to patient-centered, inclusive care

Compensation: Competitive hourly-based pay depending on experience and schedule commitment. Specifics discussed during the interview process.
